Registering Your Child

To register your child at Grove Villa, we would suggest that you first book a nursery tour to experience for yourself what your child can expect from the attending Grove Villa.

If you would then like to register your child for a space at grove Villa, we would send you the registration pack to complete and return, along with deposit and registration fee to be paid to secure the place. 

 

We can only offer spaces based on availability by age group taking into account your desired start date.  We would therefore always recommend registering your child as far in advance as possible.  We may also be able to offer a space at short-notice and would try our best to accommodate a request of this nature.  If a space is not available then we may suggest going on our waiting list.  Children attending the nursery sometimes change their attendance pattern or could move out of the area which can free up a space.

For parents eligible for Government Early Years Funding, we would also require a local authority Parental Declaration form to be filled in, along with a signed Grove Villa Funding Policy and Agreement form as part of the registration process.
